Q: Where can I find information on learning web design?
Answer:
You can of course buy an expensive commercial HTML Editor, if you prefer, but these can take as much time to learn how to use as HTML itself.
There are plenty of online tutorials on HTML that are given freely. I always reccomend learning HTML, and once you feel you have a handle on it, go out and learn some Javascript, PHP and MySQL and you'll have all the knowledge you need to build wonderful dynamic websites like this one!
